Searlection is an owner-managed executive search boutique, primarily filling management positions of first and second level. Another focus are searches for non-executive board members and company successions.
My clients are recognized market leaders in their respective industries, such as listed companies, mid-sized enterprises and family-owned businesses with corporate headquarter in Germany. Additionally I work closely together with leading Private Equity-firms and their portfolio companies.
Unlike conventional executive search firms, I do not wait for a specific search assignment to launch a search. It is by no means unusual for me to be contacted by top managers who are contemplating a change or simply seeking general advice on further career and life planning. Following in-depth interviews we then consider which target companies might be interested in their specific expertise and experience and where they would fit best in terms of personal chemistry.
I have a unique network of close contacts to members of executive and supervisory boards and are able to make discreet enquiries on potential opportunities. It goes without saying that this presupposes a relationship of implicit trust to the target and a candidate who is absolutely first-class.

Dr. Thomas Küthe is founder and Managing Director of searlection. With a profound industry background and deep expertise in executive search, he advises clients across all industry sectors when it comes to finding the most qualified, gifted, talented leaders for a lasting positive impact on their company performance.
Prior to founding searlection, Thomas was a Partner of another international executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he held leading HR positions at Siemens
and Audi. Finally, he served as CHRO of
Kontron AG.
Thomas has a Diplom degree in business administration and earned a PhD in economics.
Outside work, Thomas enjoy´s travelling, outdoor activities, motorsport and spending time with his family.
