The name „searlection“ - derivated from „search“ and „select“ - stands for my true believe, that executive search on top-level is naturally „relationship management“ to allow cliets, candidates and myself

acting on eye-level.

 

I provide my service to each client in a highly individual manner and my searches are tailored to any position. I always take strategic aspects of the company orientation as well as operational challenges or cultural peculiarities into account.

 

As a cross-industry generalist I serve selected companies in each sector exclusively. This ensures an almost unlimited access to the best candidates available and avoids conflicts of interest as well as off-limit constellations. On the other hand, this approach opens up room for creative solutions beside the traditional paths and increases the number of potential candidates.

  

I generally do not of generate „long-lists“ including an unclear number of candidates with vague „fit“. In lieu thereof, I focus on a targeted, sophisticated approach of selected personalities. Both clients and candidates appreciate this approach, while it guarantees a maximum of discretion and ensures that the vacancy will not be spread widely in its respective field.
